Well, the katara says 'Will not be destroyed upon scroll failure' Any ideas if it would boom on 8th star with reg ee? I'm getting scared now. I blew up 21 atk shoes (RA all scrolls except ee pass) BEFORE glitch was fixed (I used an aee from 20 super cube fragments) I don't know what to do e-e

actually, i think the scroll in this event are 8-9 attack

But yea, I think the 8th anniversary scroll should be able to work on any weapon. Just like the 6th anniversary scroll?

@janny1993: I haven't been able to log into maple to check out the shop, but what I was asking is if the 8th Anniversary Scrolls are able to be used on regular weapons and not only specific weapons. (Maple/Amystehian etc.)
If the 1% CS Scrolls Fail, wouldn't a No Boom Weapon protect it from booming?

The 8th anniversary scrolls is not really +9 attack.
it's +7 to +9, it's random

And I don't think 1% clean slate is worth it.
The chances of the item destroying is higher than the chance it will success xD

Your item will have 2x the chance to go boom before it actually succeed

@janny1993 I don't think he specified whether or not it was No Boom/100% Scroll Success, He was just stating the amount of Attack that could be generated.
Why use guardian scrolls, when you can farm 20% CS Scrolls/ 1% CS Scrolls.

you can't use AEE on them. only EE. it works until 15 stars.

Farm tons of the 8th anniversary coins and use those +9 scrolls, then clean slate with the scrolls also from the shop. Then buy a world transfer, move to Scania, and give it to my DB. <3
Just probably near 2b clean. Not really sure about GAZED prices though.
EDIT: And if you didn't know, AEEs will boom it. Use normal EEs no matter what.

No boom, not 100% scroll success so you still have to use a lot of guardian scroll on it to protect the slots.

@sureican It depends if you are willing to take the time to scroll/cube the Meteor Katara.
It would be better overall and easier to scroll, but you would have to get a decent potential as well.
Not to mention the Katara is 3rd Tier Potential.
Unless you are willing to take in all the factors that would have to be dealt with to make the Meteor Katara better.
I would just keep the VIP Katara; Perfect The Meteor Katara, then sell the VIP Katara.

@s0gdbleod: Root Abyss boxes come from Root Abyss coins (which drop from each of the 4 root Abyss bosses). It costs 4 coins in total. Also Root Abyss bosses aren't easy if you're new though. When it comes to killing those bosses and them dropping coins, if 1 person loots the coin, the WHOLE party gets the coin assuming they have 1 free slot available.

@Wordolio Are there 9Att Scrolls out yet? Is it not until Unlimited?
I'm not sure if Katara's are classified as 1H Weapons, but I would perfect it Using the 20% Anniversary Scrolls if possible.
With the current shop available you would be able to get 20% Clean slates (Although you could buy [b]tons[/b] of 1% CS and hope they work)
52+63(7Att*9Scrolls)= 115Att ; Then enhances 115 +36 (3Att*12Enhances)= 151 Att ; 151 + 12 (4Att*3Enhances)= 163 Att
End Game: 163 Att Katara Fully Scrolled/Enhanced
With the 2x Cubing Event coming this weekend, I suggest cubing it as well.

the no destroy effect is really a gem. and slates are out too. Id say 2b atleast. People will say less, just cause they think they wont use +7-9 atts on it.
