Can those chests drop tyrant equips? Because I got one of the elite helisium belts, but it was for pirates
Also should I just throw that belt away since I got it on my thief? Or is it worth it to sok and trade.

No, they don't drop Tyrant, and if they did, everyone would be rich by now.
