4 percent all stat neb increase

I have come back after a long hiatus to discover that the price of 4% all stat nebs has gone from 1.2b to 5b.
What is used currently for 1b collat.

Which is stupid. People are so hung up on damn nebs as collateral. Ill be happy when theyre all used up. Nebs are the worst and most inconvenient collat ever.
maybe mw 20/30 (~400m each?) or evo rings (350~450m each?)?
