Sometimes i just feel stupid. i am 20 years old going to a community college, living with my mom and sister, in a 3 year relationship w/ gf, and working part time (15-25 hours a week) at whole foods. Well i messed up in highschool, which happens to a lot of ppl i think. But now i'm in community college, been in it for almost 2 years, and i already wasted 1 year of it. Now i am making up for it, so next quarter im taking stats, basic (highschool) chemistry, and general psychology. swaznman experienced lifters come okay all you weightlifters/bodybuilders/powerlifters/oly lifters I have a question for you, that pertains to my workout first question, what is personally more tiring/taxing for you? a day of heavy deadlifts or squats. (full squats, thighs break parallel) secondly....should i do my bb row/t-bar row set after squatting or deadlifting i do my barbell rows (pendlay style or mark rippetoe style, off the ground each time, with back parallel to floor) and i do my t-bar rows right after bb rows (t-bar rows in corner, all free weight) Now don't tell me to have 1 special day for my back, im doing those 2 back workouts either after squatting or deadlifting thank you, your responses are valued

swaznman Opinion on Dubstep Well before you comment, i'd like you to listen to this song you have probably heard it before, its pretty mainstream/popular i think Now here is my background information, i like trance, house, electronic, i just don't really like dubstep So this my opinion on the song...0:42-1:05 is my favorite part, and 2:12-2:55 that uprising beat of house/trance i dont know, its just awesome Then when the dubstep drops, im just kind of ehh, i wish it would drop a housebeat or some epic uprising trance. Well i dont mind the dubstep, i just don't really like it Does anyone feel me on this? That sometimes u hear a trance/house song, and then the dubstep drops, and you're like awww.... swaznman Dota HoN LoL and now So if you guys know, Dota was the first of these type of games. built as a custom map on Warcraft 3 Frozen Throne, it was an immediate success.... After Dota the creators and others moved on to make League of Legends and Heroes of Newerth. Now Dota 2 is going to come out with Valve producing it, and even Blizzard is using Starcraft 2's next expansion to make their own type of dota with all different characters from all their games. This is amazing how popular Dota type games are becoming. Also keep in mind LoL and HoN are both free......which attracts even more users. difference is LoL is more noob/beginner friendly, while HoN is like Dota, where it means noobs get out.
