To all the ABs out there
I'm level 25 and i got the quest Fenelle's Advice. In summary asking me to help cartalion. its for level 15 or over and it says low level quest. PRoblem is when i go to cartalion he has nothing for me. Whenever i reaccept it it says it's complete but when i check for completion it isnt.
Please help

Its not a person quest you click on the notifier on the side of the screen. It took me a while to figure that out too i kept rechecking and relogging but then i looked at the side and found the quest.
any ideas please?
