So where to train now?

I understand that this has been asked many times, and I am very sorry, but I have not found any place that I feel really meets my needs.

Now that Jesters, Aliens, and LHC have been reworked, where are some very quick and effective places? PQ was fine for quite a while, but after the 12th or so time, I feel it gets way to tedious, and quest lines too.

Any PQ mildly enjoyable loses its fun after the 10th time as well, for example, Netts.

So, anyone willing to share with me their good/secret training spots? It would mean a lot to me, really just from level 50~100 would suffice, much appreciated!
