Hero or DarkKnight?
Hiya everyone, I haven't played MS in a while and in coming back, I saw the new job change system and it sure looks awesome.
So I have a level 130 hero, and I am not sure if I should switch it to a dark knight, which is a class I've always thought was cool and interesting. Now that they got a rework, they look even more sick than ever, but heroes aren't bad either. (Also job change requires a lot of money...)
So I'd like to ask for your opinion, and any one with a dark knight please share how you find the post-revamp dk, and if you think it's better than Hero. I don't care a lot about damage, but being strong certainly is nice.
So basil, which class is better? (fun/stronger/faster/more interesting/etc)
(note: I'm not really all that funded.)
(Also, I have a shadower, but I am not very concerned about him, but is it worth switching jobs?)

Im like fairly poor though, probs only 200m spending cash with all my chars combined.
The switch costs 46m at my level.. sucks.
Go Hero if you like high damage but kinda boring gameplay, DK is more fun but to get the best DPS you can't just spam raging blow like the hero, you have to do some stuff then you can spam gugnir for 30secs without cooldown.
Why not just take a warrior (drk or hero...w/e) to 120 (because by that time, most of the 4th job skills are finished) and see which is better. If you don't like that class, just switch to another class (I believe the cost to switch jobs will be cheap.....10m at the least) and try that class out. The beauty of this patch is that you can switch classes early on at 4th job and see which fits your style rather than making a whole new character just to experience another class. :b

why dont you simply change your character's job for a couple of days for both hero and drk? you ll find out what you enjoy the most that way
