What must the level gap stay within between the player and monster before the mesos stop dropping?

I think certain items will start dropping less from lower-level mobs or mobs too high above your level.
Mesos will drop regardless of level, however, assuming you can kill it.
Mesos will drop from any mob regardless of your level.
Of course, this doesn't apply to the monsters that [i]don't[/i] drop them in the first place.

i think 10 lower 20 greater in your level
Ex: using a lv150 so lv140-lv170 monsters
