At level 100 you will receive a quest in the lightbulb tab on the left side of your screen from the Resistance lady. Next you'll head over to the Edelstien Mines and head straight to Gleimer. Answer his questions and he'll give you a key card (no need for 5m mesos anymore since resistance revamp) Then keep going right for two or three maps until you see a platform in the top left of the map with a dirt wall. Press up on the dirt wall and you get transported to a secret area where you find your job instructor all beat up. He'll ask you to kill the robot in the next room over. Be careful, this boss Damage Reflects. Best bet is to hit it one time and wait for it to use Damage Reflect since it will automatically cast it as soon as you attack. Kill it and talk to your job instructor. You'll be teleported back to the Resistance HQ. Make sure you have all of your 3rd job SP used up and talk to your job instructor and you are now 4th job. Enjoy your tank and tip your waitresses.

I did it 2 days ago, and I'm pretty sure it didn't take 5m
But yeah, should be a quest in your lightbulb, just go back to Edelstein and talk to the Boss Person in the hideout
talk to the crazy doctor guy in the tunnels and get the pass card..
then go to the right and find the tunnel.. go down the tunnel.. talk to the guy.. go left and kill the thing.. grab the ticket.. and talk to the guy again.. then go to your instructor
There is a mission in Edelstein mine thingy from a doctor I believe. I warn you it takes 5m so make sure you're prepared and the boss does DR so be careful with siege mode. Good luck
