Time Travelers Quests Still Valid?
Hi there! I saw this guy wearing a Time Travelers Laurel hat and I thought it was really awesome! So anyway I've been looking around about the Neo city quests but I cant seem to find them. I went to Magaita, and even to Tera Forest, but Andy has no quests to offer me. I'm on a level 104 Mercedes. Was this an event quest which is no longer valid or am i missing something?

The only one that is actually a challenge is the Angel with Damage Reflect, Nibelung is super easy.
