Not that great in my opinion.
We already have GM scrolls and pinks.
It would be worth much much more if there were not GM scrolls floating around everywere
Cause you could then use 10+lucky+white to severly decrease the price of scrolling perfect items.
But with the GM scrolls they pretty much are worth nothing
