You used to be able to talk to the NPC to get your statue moved/updated. No idea if they still let you do that after Big Bang, though.
its just a glitch i guess cuz VaLmar is level 21 mage and he is Vaimar
He prob came back to play and Nexon glitched his char.
How does the second one have cra? Must be glitched since cra didn't exist at that point.
These have been bugged since release.
Vaimar and Valmar maybe?
Nobody actually checks these NPC.
ALSO, level 250 should get a new throne room.
