Ok so i've heard from a few ppl that you can get hb for lvl 40 bottom, but does anyone have a ss because if so i would really like to craft myself some.

It's not wrong to ask questions when you're uncertain. At least she's better than those people who don't know something for sure, yet still go around spreading false rumors and increase the stupidity level amongst the population.

When someone tells you something, how are you supposed to know weather it's true or not?

OT: No, You can only get HB on Pants that are Lv. 70 and above.
