what if ultimate inferno got bufed?
so ultimate inferno sucks hard.
but assuming it got buffed up, what damage%, number of lines and mob count increase would make it an okay skill?
not an OP skill just okay?

@ketchup11: I mean to say, removing the DoT off inferno and moving it over to phoenix instead. Having the DoT would help without having to break the hurricane stream.
800/900% isnt that bad for a skill thats a splash and rather slow.
3 hits of 250% and reducing a bit its delay would be nice.

Never had it. I sort of made my BM after it was removed.

Inferno should have more range, or a "piercing" affect. Sometimes monsters are hiding behind each other, spacing perfectly where the fire doesn't reach them...
3hits for 250% if they make the dot better or 3hits for 300% if they keep the dot
2 or 3 hits for 250-300% imo would save it some. Dropping the DoT effect on phoenix wouldn't hurt either.
