1. Yes, you can get another one.
2. Top1, top10, top 50
3. Stand near the portal if you can.
Use green MPE pots before you go in. Use any att pots/buffs that you have along with echo before you go in. (Dont wait in the rest rooms, your buffs from use might disappear, which can't be reused.)
Use any hyper buffs and the ab buff at wise times.
Use the Mutant snail familiar to conserve hp/mp.
If you have a bind, use it on pap, and try to time it.
Dont bother using any attacks that arent: Your main bossing attack, a bind(for pap), or certain buff attacks like blast or FC.
Try not to go when youre lagging.
Dojo gloves dont work in dojo, so make sure to have another pair of gloves.
Only bother with buffs that will increase your damage output. (Booster, %att buffs, %total, %boss, +att, +stat, Speed infusion, sharp eyes, advanced bless, etc)
Guild noblese skills.
I believe dojo bosses don't have any defense, so don't bother with debuffs like threaten.

Get Cygnus/murgoth souls, charge it to 1000 souls before you get there.

Use mpe pots, witch/boss buffs, guild blessing, turkey leg before entering.
Use active on souls, and stand on portal when you enter room, spam up, till your soul can't one hit mob.

If you have dash skill, know exact range of the skill, for faster movement to next map.

OVERALL, your control and connection results in improvement of your dojo time.

My best dojo was 6:24, but usually I get 7~8:30 because I'm usually lazy and I don't try indojo.

noblesse skills
mpe pots
then maybe bish buffs

Use MPE potions before entering

For faster times use hacks.

Tricks: Stand on portal for position 2/3 spawns (middle and right totem). Stand in the middle-ish where your flash jump can land right on the portal for position 1.
Other than that, it's purely on ur damage, and how well your latency allows you to use the portals. I can go from 5:4x~6:10 because of portal delays / bad spawns.

1. You can get a new pair after every monday midnight
1. rank 1, top 10, top 50
1. stand closer to portal. manage hyper/link skills for more burst damage on the harder stages

A good trick for getting faster times is to stand on the far left of the map when attacking.

Use the zakum soul for a full area attack.

There's a top 25 gloves but only on Sundays.

Get better at character control.
Pick a class with higher DPS
Run on smoother internet/faster PC to cut down on lag
