Best way to fund with limited funds?

I'm working with about 250m right now and I'm trying to best fund my mech.

I know it isn't a lot, and I know I won't get an above average range but I want to know how to best allocate my funds.

I've been trying to be thrifty and so far I got Mastery Books for Bots and Tots , Amplifier, Laser Blast and one more I cant remember for about 5m for all. (good bargain shopping I think)

Also I got a clean avg Concerto for 1m. I have a Vepar Bloody Eagle I can use at 130 and I might get a Necro Eagle for scrolling purposes.

Should I focus on getting %dex? Should I get an Angelic Blessing?

Anything else I should be working toward? Thank you in advance for the advice.
