Why cant I give feedback to this person?
So, my auctions recently ended and I noticed there is a weird message in the spot where you're suppose to leave feedback.

I've never traded with this person so I don't understand why I'm getting this message.
The last person I "traded" with was on Feb.22.2013 and that was a different person.
Does anyone know why I'm getting this message? >_<

Feedback is not important, just ignore it.
It's a glitch, your only hope is to send a ticket hoping you'll get feedback.
