My download speed stays the same, but Youtube videos take forever to buffer.

I brought download speeds up to prove that my internet speed isn't lacking, only the youtube videos that i try to watch.

Oh my bad, I guess I was just frustrated with my problem which I can't find a solution to, sorry.

Yes I have that problem too its very annoying, even when the entire bar is red, it still lags every 2-5 seconds. I discovered a little trick that if you keep the mouse moving around while the video is playing, it doesn't have lag spikes.
