Does anyone know the process you have to go through to get your equipment upgraded?

I believe that is what is supposed to happen. So yes in your example you will get 165 + 35

If you have enhancements you will get those but you will consume 1 less enhancement star. So if it was 5 EE, it will turn into 4 EE.

I think it will take the total attack from your weapon and just make that the level 160 weapons base attack. But if the scrolls just add to it, that would be way higher attack

2)Does the fafnir boss %(not the potential) get transfered?

Yes.
At least that's what its like in CMS.
Same thing applies with the equips.
For example:
Empress overall = lv 160 overall
RA top and bottom = lv 160 top and bottom.

I think it is purely cosmetic but you get the higher level set effect. All stats stay the same. Set effect and appearance changes.
