Can someone explain my NLs min/max critical range

I recently started playing around on my level 110 NL and found that my crit range doesn't add up to what it should be.

It has no link skills and has pretty much no equips.
Hayato character card +6% min crit dmg.
2nd job critical throw +15% min crit dmg
3rd job adrenaline +10% min/max crit dmg.
4th job claw expert (level 11) +6% max crit dmg.

So the critical range should add up to 51% - 66% but my stat window shows 66% - 66%

And the other day, when claw expert was at a lower level, the critical range was 65% - 66%, I leveled it up to 11 and it became 66% - 66%. Claw expert should've raised my max crit but it didn't.
I'm guessing my NL might be bugged but seems unlikely so I'm looking for answers here.

@TripleBladez

Thank you, that is informative and explains a possibility. At least I now know it's happening to other people.
And it's nice to know other curious people are looking for/giving answers, thank you.
The last time I heard (from a buddy of SP's extractor) about crit ranges, I was told the min cannot exceed, that was well over a year ago so I don't know if it's changed.
But you're right, I just leveled up claw mastery a few points and the max started going up.
Just can't figure out how I have 66% min..
My NL is pretty much naked, only wearing meso ranger suit and a weak weapon with bad pot.
We only see it now because of Minimum/Maximum Critical Damage being displayed since 1.48, but looking at Shinku's link, Scholtex noticed the change since RED.

As for Minimum Critical Damage not adding up, I have that issue on my NL as well, but I don't think it's specific to our class only.

If Minimum Critical Damage can exceed Maximum Critical Damage, and the excess is poured into Maximum, then the reverse might be possible as the normal Maximum Critical Damage cap is 1.5x. When Claw Expert was level 10, you had 1.65x Maximum Critical Damage in total. I believe the game thinks the hard cap is actually 1.5x for Maximum Critical Damage when it's just a soft cap, so the extra 1% Minimum Critical Damage from Hayato's character card is added onto Maximum Critical Damage, and the "excess amount of 15% going from 1.5x to 1.65x" is poured into Minimum Critical Damage now, which results in your scenario of 1.65-1.66x. With Claw Expert at level 11 now, the game still thinks a hard cap is in place for Maximum Critical Damage, and the 1% Maximum is poured into Minimum resulting in 1.66-1.66x.

Of course, as Shinku noted in the Southperry link, it lacks field testing, and could be a glitch of the window. All you have to do now is test the Critical Damage in-game, and see if your Minimum Critical Damage is actually 1.66x or 1.51x.
1) Minimum CAN exceed the maximum. If it does, your "minimum" is actually your maximum and vice versa.
I'll get on my NL later and see if you're missing anything. Equips can have potential that adds min/max crit, so check that.

idk wuut ur talking about but when ur crit is higher then it should be whats the problem? my min crit is 45% at lvl 201 and max 75
The problem is:
1) The minimum cannot exceed the maximum.
2) If Claw expert is raising my min instead of the max and my max is stuck at 66% then I'm stuck at 66%.
3) The math doesn't add up, it's wrong.
4) Even if it gave me 200% critical range, wrong is wrong no matter how much you enjoy it.
