Would I benefit more from 14% Luk Specs or a 30 Atk Rac Mask w/o pot and a 4% all stat neb?

Around 135%
Most likely you are gonna gain more from the Mask. I get 200 attack boosted to my range for each attack and 250 for each 1% i gain. If i say so Mask sounds better to me right now.
specs is better IMO. RAC if you already have tons of LUK%
I would say the Luk Specs.
Depends how much luck and orginal wep att you have
