How do you calculate weapon attack speed?
So, in the Southperry extractions, you can see how fast an attack is (for example, Arrow Blaster is 80ms), however, how does your weapon speed relate to that? Like, if a skill is cast at 600 ms with Normal(6), how fast would it be with Fast (4)?
