Help Please Unable To Job Advance

So I recently hit level 70 on my Dual Blade and attempted to job advance.
With the past few days and maintenance, for a reason unknown to me, my quests were reset or something.
Basically, when I went to El Nath to try and job advance, I was forced to redo the second job advance quest (to become a Blade Specialist).
However, when I go to Lady Syl to finish the second job advance, it doesn't allow me to, since I'm not a "Blade Acolyte."
I don't think I did anything to influence this to happen.
Has anyone else had a similar issue? I need help dealing with this one.
