Every class after cannon shooter has one. You should get everyone, particulary Mercedes (+10% exp), Kanna (+5/10% damage) and Phantom (+10% crit). I don't believe they're avaiable for creation right now tho.

No class equips requires any stats anymore, so you just go pure stats now.

1. Statboosters
2. Passives
3. Actives

Statboosters boosts your stats (HP, crit, dex, luk etc.)
Passives enhances the skills you already have (Extra damage, hits, range etc. depends on the class)
Actives are buffs and a new attack (depends on the class)

Everyone gets them in level 140, except for Jett, Kanna and Hayato. More skills will unlock as you reach a higher level

Uh... Premium nx box's, Additional potenial pots, events current one drops boxes which basicly hands out epic tempest items
evolution system, hyper skills etc etc
