You need an excuse to wash your hands, why not wash them after you pee; the sink and soap are right there anyways.

I couldnt have explained it any further, ahahas.
When you wipe your butt after peeing, the pee most likely will go onto your hands, so you wash the pee of your hands.
And plus it's nice to feel clean.
O.o you never know... washing your hands from time to time and all... also if you have to hold any item in the bathroom (may it be TP holder or plunger etc) then you can't know what kinda bacteria are on it (not to forget the door handle of the bathroom) ...
So. anyway. Ew.
I always wash my hands, whether my hands got dirty or not, it's simply my sense for hygiene..
