Kaiser if you have a bit of funding.
controlling zero is mad annoying lol

NL NW Phantom (if very funded)
Depends on the role (damage vs support) and the boss (is/isn't affected by bind).

Phantom, DrK, and NW seem to be good bossing classes at the moment.
I'll save you the time and say that its not thunder breaker.
Excluding Zero, Nightwalkers.
I believe they're 2nd in the rankings?
Shade is really good. Just that some people find him boring for some reason
