So this morning i was in the FM when i saw some guy selling 10att uncrafted workgloves for 260m
it seemed a little fishy, but i dint pay attention because some noobs and people who wanna sell fast do that, so i got my savings of a meager 300m and traded him.
He showed me in the trade the workgloves, they were indeed 10att and uncrafted, so i told him ill buy 1
He then said that he wanted me to buy out of his store because of less taxes... it didnt seem fishy to me because lots of people do that
so i went with him to his store, and he set up his 10att WHEN SOME OTHER PEOPLE CAME IT!
apparently, the other guy was buying too, and he was desperate. i got scared because i thought that i might lose the trade to the other guy
so when the shop came up, i went in, and checked the workglove, so did the other guy.
it was 10 att, uncrafted
i quickly bought it!
SUCCESS!
not... a message popped up sayin- the item is out of stock.
i checked my inv... 40m and a 6att workglove, no 10att
SCAMMED
only then did i realised that the other "desperate" guy was the scammers partner
after i bought it, the scammers laughed at me, and told me i got scammed
one of them was nice enough to drop some hwabis for me

i still have no idea how the replaced the 10att with a 6att

thank you all, for giving me hope i decided to scrap together my money on all my chars and scrolled an 8 att wg with one slot left... im trying to sell some stuff now so i can scroll the final slot and gain back my money! (hopefully the scroll will work) thanks all for getting me out of the gutter and back into the garbage cans!
Once you see someone enter in like that, you know it's a scam.
My first time someone tried that on me. He was selling a 16Att BWG for 600m. So he told me to come to fm13 so he could sell in shop.
Once he got in 10 seconds later, like 3 other people came in pretending to ask for it and begging for it.
I knew right away it was a scam and said "Nice Try" lol
yeah, getting scammed isnt fun, never is, but usually only being scammed once is enough to put you on high guard
also, karma will likely result in those two getting what they deserve
@sunlight literally just a little box that says who it was crafted by, apparently people find this is a big enough deal to avoid crafted gloves

i am positive that i did not look at the wrong gloves. I had made sure that they were 10 atk before i bought them ( i always double check no matter how much is at stake)
however, when i bought it, it said "the item is out of stock" and i recieved a 6 atk instead...
