How to get Dual Blade Mastery Books?

Hey guys,

How do you get Dual Blade mastery books, besides Cash Shop and FM? I also know of Mystery mastery books, but what drops these?

Mystery Mastery Books (MMB's) drops at an absurd rate from mostly all mobs, I think it's probably around 0.01% or so..

Then, even a lower chance to get the book you're looking for, considering, there is probably about 850+ books inside the game including 20's/30's.
