If you can't find any prime scrolls/can't afford it. You can farm spell traces for the 15% scrolls as well, they add a little bit of [specific stat] and 9 attack.

You can ask someone for Prime Scroll service, these scrolls are no longer available and they are untradeable but some people might have them. It's a +10 weapon/magic att scroll and adds 3 all stats.
