Timeless Blindness help
Hello basil, I'd like to share with y'all something.
Ever since I was a wee level 95 (on my first serious character, I might add, over a year ago), I've always wanted to craft a Timeless blindness- I came so close right before chaos and the removal of Maker skill; I had all the materials, but unfortunately I realized that I had to be level 115, not 110. Now I'd simply like to know if anyone knows if any monster other than Empress Cygnus drops it or if anyone owns the recipe. Thanks a whole lot if anyone could help me with this.

Thanks for being the only responder. According to basil sources, it only drops from Empress, and on ElinForest they said it didn't drop from PB.. Maybe only from those mystery recipes.
