I Makered it with an Intermediate Power Crystal, an Intermediate Diamond, and a stimulator, and it came out 9 stats above average! Yay!
Now if only I could equip it.....

I didn't cover it on purpose.
30% it 5 times
Then 30% it 2 times
Then hammer it and 30% 2 more times
