Well, that's assuming that current rare books will have a higher appearance rate than they do now. If all the books have the same drop rate, then i'd say that could be expected.
Then you have to consider if these new secret mastery books have a good drop rate or not, so depending, it could either deflate or inflate prices.
Its a good move, it will average out all books. However where the average is ... no one knows.
yeah looks like it time to hoard some books while i can
althought it does probebly mean that some books will be cheaper i.e. mw 30
They'd better have an amazing drop rate or prices are going to skyrocket
