Modeling is excellent, texture and lighting could use some tweaking but otherwise well done.

you need a new texture on the metal parts

very nice only 2 small problems. 1, the flag is too small. 2, the glossy finish on the thing makes it look like glass or china, decrease the gloss.

Agreed... the wood for the ship looks like its actually plastic or something instead of a wood texture... other thant hat i really see no problem

The overall shape is nice, but you need to lower the reflections a LOT especially on the wood. The sails look a bit weird too. But overall great work!
