Vitality Siphon - Preparation "buff"
In the Reboot notes it says that this hyper skill is increased from 1% to 2% abnormal status resistance per stack, but the skill says it is already at 2% per stack. Anyone know what's going on here?

It was in KMST 1.2.010 where they changed it from 2% to 1% for testing, then changed it back in KMST 1.2.011 from 1% to 2%.

In other words, it stayed the same. Not sure why Nexon is posting test server changes. Oh well, you know how strangely dumb they are.
