Built in Ap and Sp reset idea?

As everyone knows AP and SP resets cost a butt ton in the Cash Shop (not counting hot times.)

heres my idea:

You can get a free semi-AP/SP reset (only resets the last 30 AP or last 10 SP) if you [b]Lose 1 level[/b] and 10M
That is, talk to some npc and lose 100% exp, back 1 level from what you are currently.
-Of course you'll have 5 less AP and 3 less SP
-You'll unequip gear you can't wear
-Quests that you've accepted/completed that will be unavailable in your previous level are automatically cancelled. (If you've completed a skill quest you'll have to do it again, the skill is lost)
-You can choose which stats/skills lose their AP/SP
-Mainly for low leveld characters, say you accidentally clicked the wrong thing, leveling 1 more time is nbd

What do you guys think of this idea? Just pretend nexon wasn't nx hoes for a second
