You can ditch MP eater and max HA
then at 3rd job you can ditch SR and max MP eater

SR is instantly replaced upon 4th job advancement
HA is used at rog PQ
HA > SR

I wouldn't recommend it because all the other cleric skills are all critical or semi-critical skills... there really isn't a "useless" skill after ascension that can be left unmaxed if you max holy arrow
