Lvl 30 with Rising Sun Face Paint
I just saw a lvl 30 swordman in FM equipped with a Rising Sun Face Paint.
Can someone inform me how this is possible?
Edit: So you can anvil it and it shows the level requirement higher too? o0

yeah, it shows the "wrong" lv req, it's kinda misleading
He anvilled an item so he could have a line on his face..?
The only possible way is for that guy to have anvil'd his face accessory with the Rising Sun Face Paint. Though there are better face accessories to anvil o.o
