120% to ignore ALL defense...? A little OP, amirite?

They're really rare and can only be found from MMBs. They're extremely expensive for this reason. At level 30, the % chance for ignoring all enemy defense is 120%. That's very high and extremely useful.

i dropped defense break 20, cause i thought it was no use.

They aren't that common, are they? :S

I think I used the special mastery for defense break or max level is 10.

Edit: Yea the exist. It's just that it's probably the most rare book for Mercs.
