ouuu i lliked how fm (oldschool) was the kick it spot, and perion channel 1 was HELLA crowded in scania and when mini games came out, people were blocking everyone else who had to put "S>@@@@@" why they had their little mini game set up with "B>blah blah blah" xD
back when it was a pain in the butt to train i usually got my characters to level 50 then restarted. I still keep that tradition, but now they added like 4 extra character slots so i dont have to delete as often.
@azndragon101: Most of the crap that happened at the station of Ellinia was mainly rumors spreading from one to another. You had mobs of idiots spreading the "departure" times and etc. Beta existed a little while after Global was released. By little while, probably a week. Eh, I wished I still had my beta hat when I joined Scania. I dumped it...

I believe you forgot to mention... The days when Perion CH 1, Near the storage guy. Was the FM. When wooden tops were the -SHIZZ- Back then. When it took about 2 hours grinding at slime tree to get from levels 10-20. Then when it took vigorous amounts of training at coolie zombies just to get from 60-70 Back when you clicked on Cash shop and it said "UNDER CONSTRUCTION. If so. Then yeah, I remember the good old days. I'm no Beta Tester. But I did join in V.05. That's the farthest I could go back

It really sucks that big bang changed all the map layouts i used to be able to walk around victoria blindly and know where to go and which map was which =p
Oh yeah and i have a bunch of completed quests on like jun/something/05 just like a bunch of other people beacuse i think they didnt release the quest log or something yet by then, and then if you finished quests before they released it, they'd just put it on that date. I remember cause a while ago there was a thread on basil about how this guy thought he started on that specific date on his quest log and i thought oh cool and i checked mine and it was the same, and we asked a bunch of other old players and they also had it.
I started after beta, but before patch 0.13 or 0.17 xd All i remember was that i think it was a valentines patch, total around 5xx mb (client), and then my friend quit "cause it took too much space" on his computer. f3 Ah .. and it was hella stupid for mages on maple island f3 i remember being at my friends house and whacking red snails and counting how many times i had to hit 2-3 dmg to kill one xD

right? like look at how much the gameplay itself has changed. i remember back when maybe 2 things were changed around on my key config. now theres so much stuff that i have to move everything around every time i reinstall the game because they added so many things ._. remember when the cash shop first came out and for like a month everybody with NX wore the black slanted visor, blue shades, that black overall, and the black leather boots?

I can recall orbis not existing when i first played maple, and the blue cursor .
Big Bang kind of ruined my Maple dedication... Sure..it made things a lot better but I miss the old town layouts.
I remember chatting with hackers in HHG1 and Slime Tree... but other then that, I've let go.
