What happened to them? I am searching for their cards but they don't seem to spawn anymore?

But really, I've no idea why the spawn for Ghost Stumps have stopped.
Perhaps it's another loophole that's not surprising from the company who runs this game?
Who knows.

Well a few days ago I found both cards on an other character, but now I am searching with my new char and they don't spawn at all
Thank God I got my cards. Still no sign of rogs on ship though.
Yeah this is really annoying because its not just this monster but yeah they don't seem to spawn there i have checked many channels but only a stumpy appeares and the ghost stump and the smirking one is all I need to complete my perion set </3
They gone
