Okay...I always post on these forums because I know of the recent truth.
Let me clarify that I have tested multiple times and confirmed all my actions and reasons.
-Regular Stumps, Trojans, and Drum Bunnies do drop omok tables even if the crusader codex doesn't say they do. Period.
-The table drop rate is not affected by your level....you know how stupid that would be? The only reason why people say this is because they are probably training their low level character at stumps and just happen to come across one by luck....you don't see many high levels at stumps so it doesn't happen as often....and if you are a high level looking for omok tables from stumps...it just feels like it takes longer because you are actually looking for it. I went to Trojans the other day on my lvl 111 Kaiser and found 4 tables in a half hour. Confirmed.
-To create an omok board you need 3 etc items. 1 of a monster piece. Another different monster piece. 1 Omok Table. From that you can create a board from the npc is henesy or ludi. Only certain combinations of monster pieces work....like a panda piece does not go with a mushroom piece. If people tell you that you need 99 pieces each...that is a misunderstanding....you use to need that many in the past pre bb....but it's glitched now where you only need 1 of each.
