Gifted Nx to a mispelled Ign
So I gifted NX to a friend and I mispelled the IGN. The amount was deducted... Is it true that I'll get it back if the character is nonexistent or should I send a ticket to Nexon?

I tried already. Unfortunately, hotmail changed the live.ca to live.(com). Mine was under .ca

When you gift something, the nx doesn't deduct like instinctly does it? Or maybe it's just me. When I gift something, my nx doesn't go down until the person received it

It could be a low level character or a character that's banned and off-rankings. You can gift to either one, lol.
The last time I gifted, it had a notification.
Step 1: Right click character
Step 2: Click "Save name"
Step 3: Go into cash shop
Step 4: Instead of entering ign, press Ctrl + V
voila~

Mine got changed in less than 24hrs. Just depends who is looking at some are lazy GMs that is.

Well, I checked the rankings and the ign doesnt exist T.T

If the character is nonexistent I don't see why Nexon can't apply a message saying "this character does not exist"... But then again, it IS Nexon we're talking about.
