Battlemage

Let's Talk about Future Henesys!

For Battle Mages: Will it be worth it?

As it stands now, I get about 52-58m experience per level at LHC, regardless if its Bearwolves or Castle Golems. (I don't do Crockies.)

Now, I have no idea about map layouts or anything, but from the extractions, I'll go ahead and assume these are normal fighting Mobs:
---
Level: 167
HP: 800000
EXP: 10884
Physical Attack: 4932
Magical Attack: 5759
WDEF: 15%
MDEF: 15%
Speed: -30
Avoid: 180
Accuracy: 640
Elements: Fire weak, Lightning weak

--
Level: 165
HP: 760000
EXP: 10413
Physical Attack: 4540
Magical Attack: 5569
WDEF: 15%
MDEF: 15%
Speed: -30
Avoid: 180
Accuracy: 640
Elements: Fire weak, Lightning weak

----
Level: 164
HP: 740000
EXP: 10175
Physical Attack: 5543
Magical Attack: 4529
WDEF: 15%
MDEF: 15%
Speed: -40
Avoid: 180
Accuracy: 640
Elements: Fire weak, Lightning weak, Poison weak"
Note, I don't know Korean at all, (nor any other language outside of English and German for that matter) But by the looks of it... the first monster is the blue Ereve bird, the second is the pink bird, and the third is an orange mushroom. I'm going to go ahead and assume they are regular spawns.

Assuming I can round up a mob of 6 with chains, and kill them from there, (for me currently would be about a 1-2hko), and then find the next spawn from there in a matter of about 4 seconds... I would expect about 10m Exp per hour.

Even with a thick spawn, and say I killed mobs of 6 every 2 seconds, its still only 20m exp per hour.

A lot of people have been talking about Future Henesys being better when it comes out, but the way I see it... Lion Heart's Castle is the way to go.
I may just have to watch some of the videos on Youtube to help convince me.

(I'm in no way complaining. I don't feel training to be sluggish, even though it slows down. I find it to be a decent difficulty curve, and necessary at that.)

Once again, my question stands. To anyone here 160+, what are your opinions?
Where would one find information on Monster Park and PQ revamp? PQing at high levels is good exp? That's a new one.
Well, it was talked about on EllinForest and Spadow's Blog. The post on Spadow's blog says he got 2% EXP at Level 164 from doing the Hoblin King PQ, which was about 5 minutes. That would come out to about 24% an hour, or coming very close to what I got grinding at that level.

Besides those two sites, there's other sources for finding out more information. Some particular sites that come to mind are disallowed on Basilmarket, or I can't even get past the first page without a translator.
LHC becomes another level 120-130 Map. It will be still helpful, as it's better, in my opinion, than training on Werewolves or Gigantic Vikings.

In terms of new maps, by the time we lose LHC party, Monster park will be out, and a new PQ revamp will be a month away which will be a big nice boost of Exp from PQs.
Despite us losing LHC after Jump!, most people will probably grind off of Monster Park whenever they can with some PQ'ing in between. I highly doubt there will be any real training outside of those areas. But I also don't know the Monster Park or PQ revamp as well so I could be mistaken.

I sort of like the idea of LHC as it is now. I mean... Sure, there's 80% of the parties that are the type you want to avoid at all costs, but the other times give you a good chance to meet new people / potential friends.

2x isn't something to take for granted... Nexon just likes to give them out like candy now. >_> On 2x, I assume those rates I posted would double. 20-40m EXP at Future Henesys, and 104-116m EXP at LHC.

LHC's party bonus will be around (at least for us) until sometime in the predictable winter. That's when most people assume the Jump patch is coming.

O4/O5 is a pretty big map, and takes a while to travel around, well, then again, I'm not used to training on such a map. Probably why I hated training in Lower Ludibrium.

@Pandatastic: No, that's after the Mage changes in Jump. LHC will be around for at least another 6 months.

OT: I rather like solo training. It makes HS a non-necessity (especially since so many bishops despise places like ToT with a fiery passion). With that bias in mind, I think I'd prefer Future Henesys/Ereve over LHC.
