I think phantoms are fine the way they are now. Being the only thief class without a shadow partner is the tradeoff, I guess, since phantoms get to pick and choose between some of the best skills explorers have.

Only Thief class with no form of Shadow Partner. GG. Bring it on Nexon.

DPS% does not rate classes as best by capping damage output.

That's what hits per second (HPS) tells you.

I don't know that much about this game, but Kaiser not top 2-3 is super questionable

DPS charts are anything but accurate. A capping phantom is one of the strongest classes due to how fast he can attack

A) I find it extremely unlikely that chart is accurate.
B) Even if that chart is accurate, the comment's guess of rank 16 is probably not accurate.
C) Even if the guess is accurate within a ballpark, rank 16 out of like 30 classes is almost dead center, which is where Phantoms deserve to be after being the one of the strongest classes for so long.

Chart doesn't include buffs. I think that's a big problem in chart.
