Elite Heliseum Cape, can you transfer through the account?
Hello everyone,
I was wondering if I purchase the Elite Heliseum Pirate Cape on my Phantom, for example, can I transfer it to my AB (when they come out). Is the cape only tradeable with the use of scissors of karma? Since it says "untradeable" on the item I'm wondering.

No. U can only transfer it once if u platinum scissor it.
