When pots first came out i cubed a unique scar helm 3 lines aswell(i didn't know what lines or unique was) and i put it in my shop for 300m, it sold 1minute later and found out the next day that i actually got ripped off =.=. very sad D=

500mil in one item scrolling / cubing...
1billion in cubing only to end up with nothing for many other stuff.
Prolly much other more merchanting losses.

For some stupid reason I decided to try hacking on my main 117 DK because I wanted to be 120 before 4th job came out
Literally got perma banned in less than 10 mins.
Lost my yellow dana which was like 1 of 2 I'd ever seen in my life, my 109 att HOLY SPEAR (Before 30's 70's hammers or any of that crap)
And a ton of other gear, my event items from when I started playing, and my BL...
I didn't play for like 2 years after that

When deleting my old Chief Bandit a long time ago, I accidentally deleted all of my mesos with it, thinking I had already moved them to the storage. >_> I had 92 million mesos, if I recall correctly, which was quite a lot in JapanMS at the time. I had to pretty much find/sell and do everything I could to recover.

What I was saying was that you probably weren't satisfied with the potential and cubed on purpose.

Using a 90% pot on my 7 atk fs. Yes they blew up. 90%<~ thas bull.
I also accidently dragged an enhance scroll accidently onto my 21 atk scgs. ._. I was trying to enhance my spear. how the hell did it end up on my scgs D:.

@sordojohn: I really did -_- I know I wasn't dreaming because I also cubed a 6% str +10 str +90mp rose earrings with 8 dex right after.
Edit: and I also cubed my bottom with no luck so I recubed it on a different day. Guess I forgot which one needed recubing because I unequipped both. Both were epic.
