Axes vs swords?
Hey guys, due to the lack of funding, I'm considering using a 2h axe as my end game weapon instead of a 2h sword. I know swords are generally better, but is it that big of a difference? I don't think I'll be able to afford a perfect 1h sword AND a good shield, so I'm pretty much stuck with 2 handed weapons.
Do you guys think it'd be a decent idea?

yes mah bro. Im making a 2h axe hero once raging blow comes out. My drk will still be my main though

Well he said he can't get 1h, and fast speed swords are also probably way to expensive for this guy.

If your using a normal speed axe, then it's actually better than a sword due to more base attack. Avoid slow ones like the dragon and the Tavar.
They are equally good. Get a 1h axe and a shield, it'll make you feel better.
