i havent give out stars using the generator for more than
so i havent give out stars for more than 24 hours now but gaga still wont give me the generator. anyone has this problem? or am i doing it wrong? (i do receive 6 stars from another player, i just didnt give out to other characters).

Sadly @LockDOwn is correct on this fact. They trace down which account was made through which IP address, and limit you from creating more accounts. It's to prevent the possibility of making accounts for exploitation/hacking. Read the ToS (Yes, it takes some time) and you will know.

if you write lBIazinBIade, you won't get any stars.
lBIazinBIad[b]E[/b] or any other random cap will give you a star
