Some weird person called my phone
Some Chick with a "private number" called my phone and talked to me like she knew me.
She just kept doing a creepy giggle saying how she forgot my name and asking If I liked the Carnival, and when I went to end the call the camera on my phone was flashing it's red light.
Is this a big deal or am I just paranoid?

i believe that it's possible to block your number with *something maybe 67? My friend showed me and pranked me multiple times. But i'm confused to as how your camera was flashing.
