Conflicted About Two Pants
So my friend is selling his level 90 Thief pants 3L unique with 9% LUK and HB for 3.2b. I was about to buy them when I see a pair of 2L unique crap potential pants for 1.4b in the FM. I'm considering buying those and just cubing it to 9%+ seeing as how I can just rent HB for the time being. I have about 11-12k NX in the CS and I can definitely buy more with mesos, but I'm wondering which will be more cost-effective. Thanks for any input.

I'm in the process of buying equips for my future shadower, so I'm putting limits on my equips which is why I'm only willing to spend about 3.5b on a pair of pants. I was thinking what @AlreadyPoor was thinking... Not sure if I can get 9%+ LUK AND 3L with only about 40kNX [1:45].
